Roasted duck with dumplings and sauerkraut
I dream about the roasted duck. The dream usually comes true on 26 th December, when we traditionally eat that meal. It is holiday meal and it is no more to say than I love it.
It takes a little while to prepare it but the result is 100% amazing. You will fall in love with that meal, because it smells delightfully, looks wonderfully and taste is unrepeatable. We roast it for more than 3 hours and we eat it with sweat and sour red cabbage and potato dumplings.
