Is one of the most traditional Czech soups. Known as a “ grandma soup”. Every family has an own recipe how to make a potato soup. So is not so easy to say which is really traditional. We cook it with mushrooms, vegetable, potatoes. Some people put a cabbage or sausage in it too.
That soup is pretty popular in a winter, because it warms you up. If you have been to the Czech Republic in a winter, you know the reason why :)
