It is broadly known, that Czech cuisine is based upon sauces. This is one of them. The dill sauce. It is white creamy sauce which goes with dumplings or potatoes, and beef or egg. It means, that it is pretty variable meal and it suits to meat eaters same as vegetarians. This is a magic of this delicious sauce, my husband´s favorite dish.
We cook it with cream, smooth flour, stock and dill.
